Cygnet Hospital Colchester is part of Cygnet Learning Disabilities Limited and is recruiting a Support Worker. You will help deliver compassionate care to service users, supporting nursing staff through admissions, assessments, and discharges with a focus on dignity and safety.
Shifts run 43.75 hours weekly, covering day and night blocks. The role offers an apprenticeship pathway and opportunities for overtime, plus coaching and supervision as part of a supportive team. DBS check is required.

Cygnet Hospital Colchester is a 59-bed service providing a range of intensive support and rehabilitation services for men with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders or mental health needs.
We are currently recruiting Support Workers with a passion for delivering outstanding care. As an active member of our dynamic team, you’ll provide support for our nursing staff including the admission, assessment, implementation and discharge of inpatients, with a focus on dignity and safety at all times.
You’ll be working 43.75 hours a week covering day and night shifts, between 7:30am - 8pm and 7:30pm - 8am (Week 1: Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun / Week 2: Wed, Thurs, Fri).
