Job summary

HRM Homecare Services in Cumbernauld is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide essential care in clients' own homes, promoting independence and quality of life.

You will assist with daily living activities, support community involvement, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Full training is provided, with flexible hours including some weekends and evenings, and benefits such as mileage and training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a support or care role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Disclosure Scotland (PVG) Check will be required.
• Willingness to undertake training and development.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including availability for some weekends and evenings.
