Job summary

HRM Homecare Services is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Rutherglen/Cambuslang. You will provide essential care to clients in their own homes, supporting daily living activities and promoting independence and dignity.

Role includes personal care, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Training is provided, with shifts offered part-time or full-time and a competitive hourly rate of £13.45.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a support or care role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Compassionate, patient and respectful attitude towards clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including some weekends and evenings.
• Disclosure Scotland (PVG) Check will be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support clients to engage in meaningful activities and community involvement.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes in clients' needs or well-being.
