Affinity Trust is seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker in Costessey. You will help two ladies to live independently in a shared home, providing practical and emotional support and encouraging dignity and choice in daily activities.

youll join a team that values empathy, patient listening, and a positive attitude. Training is provided, with full training plus NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care; DBS is required.

• Patient, friendly and enthusiastic approach to care.

Responsabilités

• Support two ladies at home in Costessey to live independently and enjoy daily life.
• Assist with activities they enjoy: cinema trips, bowling, shopping, family visits, walks, driving in the local area.
• Provide practical care and emotional support, encouraging dignity, choice and independence.

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to support 2 ladies who share a home in Costessey, helping them to live independently and enjoy a fulfilling life. The role involves providing practical and emotional support tailored to each person’s needs, while encouraging choice, dignity, and independence.

You will support them to take part in activities they enjoy, including trips to the cinema, bowling, shopping, family visits, walks, and drives in the local community.

The ideal candidate will be patient, friendly, and enthusiastic, with a genuine commitment to promoting wellbeing and helping people make the most of everyday life.
