Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a Support Worker in Wells, Somerset BA5. You will provide person-centered support, enabling daily activities and participation in experiences that matter to the individual.

Training is provided, including NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are preferred to support community activities and outings.

Qualifications

• Full training provided + NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
• Support worker role assisting people to participate in activities and experiences.
• Work with people living with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs.
