Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people live their best lives in their own homes in Great Finborough. You will support daily routines, encourage independence, and enable participation in activities such as outings, hobbies, and community engagement.

Training is provided and NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is encouraged. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required to support individuals in their communities.

• Support individuals in their own homes to maintain independence and live life to the fullest.

Rate: £13.10 per hour

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hrs) / Part Time / Bank

Training: Full training provided + NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

We provide complete training to enable you to provide the best support you can to people living with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
