Positive Individual Proactive Support Limited is recruiting a Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health conditions live fuller lives in their communities. You will provide person-centred support, encourage independence and promote choice.

No formal qualifications are required; comprehensive training will be provided, including a two-week induction and PBS-focused learning, with a clear path to progression and Level 3 Health & Social Care.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or qualifications required; training provided.
• 2-week induction and PBS-focused training.
• Develop skills to support daily living and community activities.
