• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residents' personal care with dignity and independence.
• Ensure high standards of care across the home.
• Assist with day-to-day activities and support PBS implementation.
• Collaborate with Nurse/Senior Support Worker to deliver person-centred care.
