PBS4 is seeking a Part-time Temporary Bank Associate to support people with learning disabilities and autism across Wargrave, Woodley and Bracknell. The role focuses on enabling individuals to achieve goals and participate in activities of their choosing.

We welcome applicants with or without prior care experience, value dedication and Positive Behaviour Support principles, and offer training, DBS, pension, and employee benefits. The hourly rate is £14.12.

About the role

We are looking for someone who has a great deal of passion in supporting people with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism or experience in supporting people with behaviours that may challenge. The People we support across Berkshire that have different levels of requirements. We value experience in supporting others, but we warmly welcome people without experience who share our values.

PBS4 is a values led social care organisation, providing Neurodisability Services to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or behaviours that may challenge.
