Job summary

Positive Individual Proactive Support Limited in Middlesbrough is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health live more independent, active lives in the community. No previous experience required; we provide a 2-week induction, PBS training, and a workplace induction.

We will fund Level 3 Health & Social Care training and offer a leadership pathway from Support Worker to Team Leader.

Qualifications

• No previous experience or qualifications required.
• Training provided to become part of the team.
• Learn about PBS and person-centred care during induction.

Responsibilities

• Support people to live active lives in the community.
• Manage daily living skills and assist with hobbies and interests.
• Help individuals realise their dreams and promote independence.
