Job summary

Caretech in Telford is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to help children and young people (ages 3–18) with learning disabilities in a residential home. You will support daily routines, personal care and plan activities to help them feel safe, valued and inspired.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided, and you may be asked to cover weekends and sleep-ins. A manual driving licence is preferred as vehicles are provided at the home, and enhanced DBS is included in

Qualifications

• No experience needed; full training provided
• Must hold a manual Drivers Licence (vehicles are provided at the home)
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and sleep in's.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
• Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
• Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
• Keep essential records for high-quality care
