Job summary

Eliali MPC Ltd seeks compassionate Support Workers to join our expanding Children’s Homes and Supported Accommodation teams in Watford. You will provide high-quality, relationship-based support to children and young people, helping them develop independence, confidence and life skills while safeguarding their wellbeing.

You will be a consistent, positive role model, supporting education, activities and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Support risk management using trauma-informed approaches.
• Collaborate with social workers, families and professionals.
• Safeguard children and young people at all times.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision and training.
