Quarriers is opening a brand-new supported living service in Bishopbriggs, delivering personalised support to two gentlemen as they transition into their new home. You’ll be more than a carer—an advocate, mentor and champion who helps them build independence and participate in their local community.

This lifelong journey starts from day one; you’ll shape routines, build confidence and create a safe, valued environment.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; enthusiasm and passion for supporting people are valued.
• Commitment to person-centred support, independence and inclusion.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as part of a 24/7 service.

Responsibilities

• Support people to enjoy activities and build confidence.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
• Encourage independence, life skills and social connections.
• Promote choice, decision-making and community participation.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement through challenges.
