As a
Support Worker, you'll be much more than a carer. You'll be a trusted companion, advocate, mentor and champion, supporting people to achieve their personal goals, build meaningful relationships, develop independence and become active members of their local community. This approach reflects Quarriers' focus on person-centred support, independence, inclusion and helping people achieve positive outcomes.

You'll help support two individuals through a significant life transition into their new home, creating routines, building confidence, encouraging independence and helping create a place where they feel safe, valued and empowered.
This is a 24/7 service and staff will be required to work early, lates and sleepover shifts across 7 days. There may be a temporary waking night opportunity to help settle the men into their new home. We are offering permanent part-time contracts between 16 and 35 hours per week. Availabilty to work any shift to meet the needs of the people supported is essential.
