Job summary

Quarriers seeks a Transition Mentor for the Youth Housing Support Service in Glasgow, helping young people aged 16–25 to build independence and sustain tenancies. You will provide practical, compassionate support and empower clients to make positive lifestyle choices.

The role is full-time (39 hours/week) with a salary of £27,702 per annum. You will work in a person-centred way across Glasgow, collaborating with a supportive team to create brighter futures for young people.
