Keys Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Parc Lodge in Bridgend. This full-time role involves supporting adults with mental health needs, promoting independence, and assisting with daily living tasks.

You will work 35 hours per week with shifts including days and nights, and DBS checks are provided. Eligible candidates must have a Full UK Manual Driving Licence and be flexible for weekend work.

About Parc Lodge

Parc Lodge is a specialist residential service in Bridgend, South Wales supporting up to 10 adults with a range of mental health needs.

The service also supports individuals with secondary diagnoses such as learning disabilities, autism and physical health needs, alongside those with forensic histories, with a clear focus on rehabilitation and progression towards more independent living.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:
