Keys Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with mental health needs, autism, learning disabilities and acquired brain injuries across England and Wales. You will support daily routines, promote independence, and help with skills, health care, and personal tasks in a safe, respectful environment.
The role includes onboarding with a full induction, access to QCF qualifications, and a range of employee benefits.
We provide person-centred support for people with Mental Health needs, Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Acquired Brain Injuries. From therapeutic and residential care to tailored supported living services, we support over 1,000 individuals across England and Wales to live more independently and with greater confidence.
