Accomplish is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Parc Lodge in Bridgend (CF31). The role involves day-to-day support, encouraging independence, and assisting residents with health care needs, personal care, and daily routines.

You will support activities, budgeting basics, and safe living skills, with a focus on rehabilitation and progression toward more independent living. Full UK driving licence is required and flexibility for shifts is expected.

Package Description JOB ROLE: Support Worker LOCATION: Bridgend (CF31) SALARY: £13.45 - £14.15* per hour HOURS: 35 hours per week REQUIREMENTS: Full UK Manual Drivers Licence & flexibility to work days and nights About Parc Lodge Parc Lodge is a specialist residential service in Bridgend, South Wales supporting up to 10 adults with a range of mental health needs.

The service also supports individuals with secondary diagnoses such as learning disabilities, autism and physical health needs, alongside those with forensic histories, with a clear focus on rehabilitation and progression towards more independent living.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including: Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.

Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.

Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.

Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication.

Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.

Assisting with personal care as required.

Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.

Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
