Keys Group is recruiting a Support Worker to join our Bridgend service. The role requires a full UK manual driving licence and flexibility to work days and nights to support adults with complex needs in a residential setting.

You will assist with daily living, promote independence, help with health care needs and medication, and support personal care, budgeting, and community participation. 35 hours per week at Bridgend.

About Parc Lodge

Parc Lodge is a specialist residential service in Bridgend, South Wales supporting up to 10 adults with a range of mental health needs.

The service also supports individuals with secondary diagnoses such as learning disabilities, autism and physical health needs, alongside those with forensic histories, with a clear focus on rehabilitation and progression towards more independent living.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:
