Community Integrated Care in Wigton is seeking a caring Support Worker to help individuals live their best lives at home. You'll provide personal care, assist with daily activities and medication administration, and support with shopping, cooking, and budgeting as part of person-centred care.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.

Our Shifts

07:00-14:30 | 13:30-21:00 | 21:00-07:00 (Waking Nights)

Shift Requirement: We are ideally recruiting for a mix of day shifts, with occasional nights. Staff will be working across two services based in Wigton.

Contract: Bank

Driving License Required? Not mandatory, but would be beneficial

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting amazing individuals to live their daily lives in their own homes, in the way they want to live them. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

• Supporting with personal care
• Medication Administration
• Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
• Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and support with going out for walks, going to the gym, gaming, listening to music, going shopping and going to the cinema/theatre
