Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help three housemates live independently with dignity. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and help with medication administration in a warm, respectful setting.

Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for 1 female and 2 Males housemates

Our Age range is from 61 years - 85 Years old

Our Shifts

7am until 9pm, 8am till 7pm, and waking nights from 9pm till 7am

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting 3 individuals to live their daily life in the way they wants to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

• Supporting with personal care
• Medication Administration
• Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
• Daily activities - anything and everything the person we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and try some new things!
