Job summary

Community Integrated Care is hiring a Support Worker in the United Kingdom. You will provide person-centred support to adults, assist with daily living tasks, and help people live with independence and dignity.

Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for supporting adults in a 3 bedroom bungalow with physical needs and mobility issues.

Our Shifts:

Our day shifts start from 8am and finish at 8pm sometimes there are shorter days available to cover one to ones/activities. Our waking night shift starts at 8pm and finishes at 8 am.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting a group of adults to live their daily life in the way they wants to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

• Supporting with personal care
• Medication Administration
• Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
• Daily activities - anything and everything the person we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and try some new things!
