Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a caring Support Worker in Liverpool, UK. You will help two individuals with daily living, including personal care, meals, budgeting and household tasks. Build meaningful connections while supporting their independence and quality of life.

No uniform requirement and guaranteed shifts with advance rotas. Full training and career progression opportunities are provided within a multi-award winning charity.

Qualifications

• Experience with medication administration is a plus but not required.

Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for two gentlemen aged between 60 and 70 years old and have a good relationship with one another.

We have 1 x staff on long day sleep. 1 x staff 08.00 to 17.00

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting 2 individuals to live their daily life in the way they wants to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

• Supporting with personal care
• Medication Administration
• Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
• Daily activities - anything and everything the person we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and try some new things
