Job summary

Shaw Healthcare (Group) Ltd in Crawley is seeking a Residential Team Leader at Burleys Wood to lead a team delivering person-centred care for older people, including those with dementia.

You will supervise shifts, ensure safe medication administration, and maintain care plans, with 48 hours per week and night shifts on a 4-week rota.

Qualifications

• Experience working with older people in residential care.
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent).
• Flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people.

Salary: £15.36 per hour

Hours: 48 hours per week

Shift Times: On 4 weekly Rota, 12hr night shifts 20:00-08:00 (includes alternative weekends)

Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Residential Team Leader who is ready to make a positive impact at Burleys Wood in Crawley. The purpose-built service provides residential and nursing care for older people with physical frailty, and for older people living with dementia.

Job Responsibilities

As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of person-centred care and supporting your team to uphold those standards in everything they do. This will include, but not limited to:

Qualifications And Experience

• Experience working with older people in residential care
• You will have completed or working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent)
• You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people
• Ability to lead a team and use own initiative
