Job summary

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Warmere Court in Yapton, West Sussex. You will provide person-centred care, support residents with daily activities, and maintain accurate records in line with care plans.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents

• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day-to-day duties

Job description
