Job summary

Active Assistance is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to assist a 17-year-old client with complex health needs in his family home in Four Marks, Alton, and within the local community. You will be part of a consistent care team, following pre-planned weekly rotas and providing flexible coverage across days and nights.

The role offers up to £14.50 per hour, with an additional 14.07% holiday pay on every hour worked, plus induction training and ongoing support from the Children’s Care

Our clients needs include cerebral palsy, moving and handling needs, epilepsy, and PEG feed.**Shifts:*** **Flexibility to work days and nights*** **Days: morning 7am-10am and early evenings 3pm-8pm*** **Nights (waking and sleeping): 8pm-7am**In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
