Job summary

Active Assistance in Colchester is seeking a Children's Support Worker to assist a 15-year-old girl with spinal cord injury and respiratory needs at home and in the community. Shifts include day and waking night options, with flexible 24h or 36–48h blocks and a zero-hours contract.

The role offers up to £14 per hour with 14.07% holiday pay, a comprehensive induction, DBS check, pension and referral bonus schemes, plus ongoing support from care managers and leadership teams to develop your career.

She loves a joke/having a laugh, loves animals, makeup and beauty, games and musical theatre.**Shifts:*** **Days and Nights available*** **Days: 8am-8pm*** **Waking Nights: 8pm-8am*** Part time (24 hours) or Full time (36-48 hours) availableIn this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
