We have two 18.5-hour permanent posts and casual vacancies for Support Workers who are innovative, enthusiastic, and possess good communication skills to join our Learning Disability Provider Services teams at Short Term Breaks (Holicote) and Supported Living.
Our services support people in accessing their local community by providing personal and practical assistance to individuals with various needs, including behavioral and complex physical needs. We prioritize hiring individuals with the right attitude and behaviors, and we will provide training for all work tasks, along with shadowing opportunities during induction.

The service operates on a 24/7 shift rota including weekends, sleep-ins, evenings, nights, and bank holidays. One post at the Respite Unit requires waking night duties.
