Job summary

Capability Scotland is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join the Lanarkshire Houses service in Carluke. You will provide person-centred support to adults with disabilities in a warm, home‑like setting that promotes independence and dignity.

The role is 36 hours per week across 3 x 12-hour shifts, including weekends on a planned rota. Driving licence is desirable but not essential, with benefits including 32 days leave, pension contributions up to 8%, PVG checks, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience providing person-centred support to adults with disabilities.
• Ability to deliver one-to-one or two-to-one support.
• Comfort with personal care, medication, and daily routines.
• Encouraging participation in social and leisure activities.
