Job summary

Capability Scotland is seeking compassionate Community Living Assistants to support adults with disabilities in Renfrewshire and Glasgow. Roles include permanent, relief, full-time or part-time positions across rotating shifts, with overnight eligibility and travel between sites.

You’ll provide personal care, assist with medications and daily tasks, and help maintain homes and independence in the community. A full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are essential.

• Is caring, compassionate and committed to person-centred support
• Has experience supporting adults in care, support or community settings
• Is flexible and able to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and nights
• Holds a full UK manual driving licence.
• Has access to their own manual vehicle (essential for this community-based role)

£13.45 per hour (£25,947.47 per year) + £14.12 per hour for night shifts

Permanent | Full-Time, Part-Time & Relief Positions Available / 20-37 hours per week | Rotating shifts including evenings, weekends and nights

We're looking for compassionate and reliable Community Living Assistants (Support Workers) to join our Housing Support and Care at Home team across Renfrewshire and Glasgow.

We are not a domiciliary short visit, home care provider - you are matched with individuals for longer visit times meaning you’ll have time to build meaningful relationships and make a real difference.

What You'll Do
