Job summary

Capability Scotland is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with complex disabilities at our Perth Day Centre and in Community Outreach. The role includes personal care, medication support and helping individuals participate in community activities.

We offer part-time contracts (18 or 30 hours), a competitive hourly rate of £13.45 and a comprehensive benefits package including 32 days annual leave and a pension.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates compassionate, person-centred care for adults with complex disabilities.
• Good communication with customers, families and colleagues.
• Ability to work as part of a small care team across settings.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with complex disabilities in the Day Centre and Community Outreach.
• Assist with medication, personal care and mealtimes.
• Help people live independently at home and in community activities.
