Job summary

S.N.G Healthcare Group Ltd in Lymington is seeking an experienced Support Worker to join an Assisted Living service, delivering safe, person-centred care to adults with diverse needs, including learning disabilities, dementia, elderly care and physical disabilities.

Flexible hours and a supportive team environment are offered; public transport may be limited to the service area. A Care Certificate and 1 year post-qualification experience are required to join the team.

Please note: We do not hold licences to support overseas candidates. You must have 1 years experience as a Support Worker.

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Support Worker to join a service located in Lymington, supporting adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, elderly care, dementia and physical disabilities

This role is suitable for candidates commuting from the local area as public transport is limited to this service

Responsibilities:

As an experienced Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care while working closely with colleagues to maintain a supportive and professional team culture.

You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of clinical practice, safeguarding, and compliance, while working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver care in line with service values and evidence-based practice.

Requirements:
