Job summary

Corus Consultancy is recruiting experienced Support Workers to provide compassionate care across supported living services in Newmarket. You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion.

This role involves assisting with daily living, personal care, and community access. Flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends, sleep-ins) and weekly pay are offered, with ongoing opportunities across multiple services and a supportive

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality person-centred care and support.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and community access.
• Promote independence, wellbeing, and social inclusion.
• Support individuals with complex needs, behaviours of concern, and mental health conditions.
• Administer and record medication in line with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and CQC regulations at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.

About the Role

The services specialise in supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs, helping them to live independently while promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion.

• Mandatory Training Certificate
