Lifeways at The Sidings in Accrington is hiring a Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities, autism, and other needs live independently. You will deliver daily living support, promote wellbeing, and assist with appointments and activities within a supportive team.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with shifts across 8:00am–10:00pm, Monday to Sunday. Training and benefits are included, with a focus on growth and inclusion within a caring environment.

Shift Patterns

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), with shifts available between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday.
