Job summary

Lifeways Group in Clitheroe is seeking a dedicated care support worker to help residents live more independently with dignity. You will join a committed team delivering daily activities from personal care routines to meal preparation and social activities in a warm, respectful environment.

We offer flexible full-time or part-time contracts with shifts from early to late, including weekends, and opportunities to grow your skills while making a real difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing personal care and supporting daily living activities.
• Ability to promote independence and respect for residents.
• Strong communication and teamwork to coordinate with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care routines such as bathing and dressing.
• Meal preparation and helping with household tasks.
• Supporting with appointments and transportation when needed.
• Organising social activities and encouraging participation.

Full-time or Part time contracts available, with shifts between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday.

• Rotational shifts: Days, evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins

• We also offer sessional/bank hours, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle
• Copperfield Close is a modern, semi-detached house with:

• Four bedrooms (including an en‑suite attic room)
• Two shared bathrooms
• A shared kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room
• A lovely back garden that everyone can enjoy
