Lifeways at The Sidings in Accrington is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for a full-time role. You will empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs to live more independently, delivering person-centred support in daily activities.

Shifts are typically 37.5 hours across a 8:00am–10:00pm schedule, Monday to Sunday. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for training and progression to help you grow professionally.

Shift Patterns

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), with shifts available between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday. Flexibility is key, as we tailor support to meet the individual needs of the people we care for.
