We're looking for a female Support Worker to join a lively, person-centred supported living service in Neath, supporting two incredible individuals aged 28–32 to live full, independent, and exciting lives. you'll be supporting one lady and one gentleman who both use wheelchairs — but as they'll quickly show you, this is no barrier to living life to the fullest. Family and friends are everything to them, so supporting them to stay connected and maintain meaningful relationships is at the heart of this role.
A sociable, fun-loving "girls' girl" who enjoys both cosy nights in and exciting nights out. She may take a little time to get to know new people, but once she feels comfortable, her confidence shines and she truly thrives.
