We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to assist a young woman with complex care needs (Kyphoscoliosis) in her private residence. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to provide person-centred care in a calm, nurturing environment where your presence truly matters.

You will play a key role in supporting her physical wellbeing, fostering a safe space that promotes dignity and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality personal care.
  • Foster a warm, engaging environment through care and support.
  • Support evening routines, including quiet activities such as reading or watching films with the client.
  • Ensure safety and wellbeing at all times during your shift.
  • Maintain professional boundaries while building trusted rapport.

Note: Indoor footwear is required while on shift.

Schedule & Flexibility
  • 12-hour day shifts: 9 AM – 9 PM.
  • Monthly scheduling: You set your availability, and we’ll work around you.
  • Applicants willing to travel up to one hour are encouraged to apply.
