Bradfield House in Worthing is recruiting a Support Worker to provide compassionate care to people with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will join an inclusive, supportive team and help individuals on their recovery pathway with daily tasks, ward rounds, and record-keeping to ensure continuity of care.
The role offers a full-time position with shift patterns from 7am to 10pm, including every other weekend.

What you will be doing You will join an inclusive and supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with a range of Mental Health conditions , using your knowledge and skills to help people along their recover pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life. Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene. It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that you've made someone's life better.
