Job summary

Brighton & Hove Clinic is seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to elevate care for people with mental health conditions. You will lead a supportive shift, ensure wellbeing, respond to challenges, and supervise staff, with a focus on delivering person-centred care.

You will organise activities, administer medication, communicate with families and professionals, and maintain daily reports, budgets, H&S checks, and audits. This role offers varied shifts including days and nights.

You must live in the UK and have the Right to Work in the UK full time. 20-hour Student and Skilled Worker Visa's cannot be accepted., Brighton & Hove Clinic provides a Children and Young People's Mental Health Service (CYPMHS) Tier 4 Eating Disorder service for young people aged 12 up to 18 years with a primary diagnosis of eating disorder; or an eating difficulty with a co-morbid presentation for example mental health or psychological issues, such as depression, OCD or anxiety or self-harm.

  • Experience as Senior Support Worker or extensive care experience in Mental Health and hold the NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care

  • An hourly rate of £14.09
