Job summary

Agincare Colsterworth in Lincolnshire is seeking Support Workers to join our team. You will help adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs to live as independently as possible in their own homes and community.

We value enthusiasm, great people skills and a proactive, positive approach. Full time, part time and bank positions are available, with a pay rate of £12.90 per hour and a range of benefits including training and career development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Encouraging people to participate in community activities to foster independence.
• Supporting activities of daily living, including personal care, meals, routines and budgeting.

We are looking for Support Worker for our Services in Colsterworth just 8 miles from Grantham

This is a unique service offering supporting living, enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and local community.

• Supporting – Activities of daily Living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting.

• Engaging - promoting and motivating people we support to enhance their quality of life
• Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches
• Recording - keeping accurate records &reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management
