Job summary

Agincare North in Grantham is seeking a Senior Support Worker to provide hands-on care while leading a team across multiple locations. You will review care plans, risk assessments, and records, liaising with families and professionals to ensure high-quality support.

The role requires experience in senior support or team leadership, a full UK driving licence, and strong organisation and IT skills. A UK work right of at least 12 months is essential, with opportunities for development and funding

The People You’ll Support

You’ll support individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. Each person is unique, and you’ll help ensure their care is person-centred, consistent, and tailored to their lifestyle, whether that’s providing personal care, helping with daily routines or enjoying days out or quieter time at home.

We’re Looking For

• Experience in a senior support or team leader role
• Confidence supporting complex needs
• Full UK driving licence and own car
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable/working towards)
• Strong organisation and IT skills
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
