We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker, you'll be helping people gain more independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!
Our supported living service in Wolverhampton is a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community access, socialising, and engaging in activities. One day you might be out with them in local bars and pubs; another day, unwinding with video games, movies, or trips to the cinema.
This role is ideal for someone looking to make a real difference, helping individuals grow in confidence and independence—whether that’s cooking dinner alone or going on holiday.
We value both experience and the right values. Our Support Workers should be resilient, flexible, and composed, with experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans, reflective practice, and working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
