Job Title:Support Worker

Location:Stafford

Position:Full-Time

Pay Rate:£13.00 per hour

Shift Pattern:12-hour blocked shifts (Days and Nights)

About the Role:

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you’ll be providing high-quality care and support to people with various needs, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Support Worker, you will assist individuals with:

• Complex Mental Health
• Learning Disabilities

Your role will involve providing tailored care, assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals under your care.

What We Look for:

• Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle (Essential)
• Must be happy with working across the west-midlands locations to include, Telford, Wolverhampton, Staffordshire & Cannock.
• Compassion and dedication to supporting individuals with autism, complex needs, and learning disabilities
• A flexible, reliable, and patient approach to care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
