Support Worker - Stafford at Komplex Community

Job Title:Support Worker


Location:Stafford


Position:Full-Time


Pay Rate:£13.00 per hour


Shift Pattern:12-hour blocked shifts (Days and Nights)

About the Role:

At Komplex Community, we are dedicated to enabling individuals with autism, complex needs, and learning disabilities to live independently in their own homes. We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you’ll be providing high-quality care and support to people with various needs, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Support Worker, you will assist individuals with:

  • Complex Mental Health
  • Learning Disabilities

Your role will involve providing tailored care, assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals under your care.

What We Look for:
  • Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle (Essential)
  • Must be happy with working across the west-midlands locations to include, Telford, Wolverhampton, Staffordshire & Cannock.
  • Compassion and dedication to supporting individuals with autism, complex needs, and learning disabilities
  • A flexible, reliable, and patient approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
