£33,374 - £39,542 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep-ins per month

You’ll take care of our young people daily, ensuring things run smoothly and creating lasting memories. This includes helping with morning routines, homework, paperwork, and planning activities. Evenings and weekends are for fun activities like gaming, football, movie days, or go-karting. Working here is engaging and meaningful, focusing on each young person’s needs and potential, guiding them toward a positive future.

We believe you’ll do great things. In recognition of your hard work, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Salary: Base salary of £28,134 - £34,302
  • Bonuses: Up to 4 sleep-ins per month paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £3,840 per year) and £1,400 Attendance Allowance, assuming good attendance
  • Training: A full 4-week induction on our Care Academy
  • Holiday: 7 weeks’ holiday
  • Progression: Opportunities for promotion within the group and participation in our ‘Aspire’ future managers programme

You will start as a Residential Support Worker by completing our ‘Care Academy’ — 4 weeks of comprehensive training with experienced professionals to prepare you for supporting young people.
