Job summary

Voyage Care in Wisbech is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead The Leam service in Friday Bridge. You will support people to gain independence and assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision, including shift allocation, staff induction and supervision.

Requirements include prior Senior Support Worker experience and Level 3 in Health & Social Care, with LD and Autism experience. Competitive pay with enhancements and training opportunities are offered.

We're currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our supported living service The Leam in Friday Bridge. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people! As a Senior Support Worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision's, ordering medication and ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances. You'll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Seniors are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.
