Voyage Care is seeking empathetic, hands-on Support Workers to help people gain more independence in their daily lives within a welcoming Leverington service. You will work with a dynamic team to support residents with personal care, community activities, and life-skill development.

The role offers enhanced evening/weekend pay, premium overtime rates and access to Wagestream, along with a range of staff benefits including a Blue Light Card and 24/7 doctor line. DBS checks apply.

• Genuine care and hands-on approach to support workers.

Typical Shifts are Sat-Sun -7.30am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-9.30pm

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our supported living service in Leverington is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in the community, the next you could be unwinding with them doing arts and crafts
