Use your knowledge, experience, and caring nature to make a positive difference to the lives of young people and adults aged from 13 up to 17 years, and a young adult ward aged 18 up to 25 years. The service offers both inpatient and day patient treatment programmes.

You will join an inclusive and supportive team that works well together to provide care to young people with eating disorders, using your knowledge and skills to help people along their recovery pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life.
Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that you’ve made someone’s life better.
The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week including nights and weekends.
