About the Role

We are seeking Support Workers to support our service users in their own property in Stourbridge, West Midlands.

We require candidates who are willing to work with Physical Disabilities

Complesso offers a competitive salary of £12.25 per hour and we specialise in supporting individuals within their homes.

Due to the nature of the client this post is female only.

Contract: we have a night vacancy of 20 hours available

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting individuals between the hours of: 22:30 – 07:30
• Client with Physical Disabilities
• Support with aspects of personal care, medication needs, meal prep and any other tasks required
• Taking into the community
• Working as part of a team

Required from you:

• Right to work in the UK (required) without needing sponsorship
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Ability to pass a background check
• Be strong willed and passionate
• Willing to work with client with Physical Disabilities
• A passion for supporting individuals
• Flexible to working hours (stated above) and be able to work every other weekend
