Are you passionate about empowering individuals and supporting them through challenging times? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We are currently looking for a Support Worker to join our busy team in Cardiff!

Hours of Work: 35 Hours on a rota basis, with shifts between 8.00am – 9.00pm Monday – Friday

As a Support Worker, you will provide empowering, trauma-informed, and holistic support to tenants living in our supported housing. You will navigate the fast-paced environment of our two hostels for families, offering assistance to residents facing a wide range of needs including domestic abuse, substance misuse, mental health challenges, and child protection issues.

Support Worker Requirements
  • Ability to drive and access a car daily for work travel between hostels
  • Good standard of education with a Level 4 qualification in Advice and Guidance or willingness to obtain it
  • Demonstrable experience in supporting adults, young people, and children
  • Knowledge of psychologically informed environments and trauma-based approaches
  • A positive attitude with a passion for helping others and building strong relationships
